The workshop will introduce participants to the concept of privilege and how it may affect one’s interactions with clients/colleagues. It also seeks to identify and build skills related to diversity, equity, inclusion, acceptance, and belonging in the workplace. Ultimately, this workshop will encourage participants to lead organizations and care for their clients using a health equity lens. To facilitate optimal participant engagement, this interactive workshop will stimulate discussion and will NOT be a lecture! Healthcare/allied health professionals, educators, and advocates are encouraged to attend this workshop!
