Supply chain shortages continue to disrupt our critical supply needs. From not having enough 5% albumin to apheresis kits on back order to staffing coverage for procedures, we continually face new challenges to care for our patients safely and effectively. This session will discuss creative solutions to managing these problems, from new staffing models, alternative medication options, and triaging kits to optimize care.
